Admitted to practice before all Federal and State courts in Texas, including the Texas Supreme Court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
Randy has represented a wide variety of clients in civil matters throughout Texas. He has helped individuals, schools, religious and non-profit organizations, businesses, corporations, and governmental entities throughout his career in matters ranging from consultation and counseling to lead counsel representation in trials in which he obtained critically important and successful verdicts. His work has also included serving as a testifying expert in the areas of insurance law and attorneys’ fees. Randy is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is consistently listed as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine. He is active in his community, particularly through his involvement in his church.
